The 34th Annual Conference of the Society of Educators and Scholars

On October 13–15, 2011, the Department of Educational Administration and Research at Texas A&M University–Corpus Christi will host the 34th Annual Conference of the Society of Educators and Scholars in Corpus Christi, Texas. The conference will take place at the Holiday Inn Emerald Beach on Corpus Christi's beautiful bayfront.

This year's conference addresses the question of specific ways to improve leadership quality. Participants represent an interdisciplinary group of professionals who embrace vision, risk, and change. These qualities, coupled with the three major components of ethical, interdisciplinary, and international leadership, are key elements for developing leadership and a winning organizational culture.
